Allspice Berries

Allspice comes from the unripe whole fruit from the Jamaican bayberry tree (Pimenta dioica). Allspice is also known as Jamaica pepper or Pimento.

Primary Use

A common aromatic agent, with hints of cinnamon, cloves and pepper. Often used in baking as well as beverages.
